Rules of Play

OFFICIAL RULES
 

By participating in the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation 50/50 Raffle (the “Raffle”), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation, Inc. (the “Foundation”), which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to each Raffle. Official Rules are available at points of sale within the Kia Center and are posted online at www.magic5050.com. The Official Rules should be read before any ticket purchase(s).
 

SPONSOR
 

The Raffle is sponsored by the Foundation, a Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization with its principal place of business at 400 W Church St., Suite 250, Orlando, FL 32801 (the “Kia Center”). The Foundation is the official charity of the Orlando Magic (the “Orlando Magic”). The Raffle is offered to persons located within the state of Florida (“Raffle Area”). Void outside the state of Florida.
 

RAFFLE
 

The Foundation shall be entitled to interpret these Official Rules as needed — including but not limited to rules regarding raffle tickets, deadlines, winning ticket number (defined below) selection, prize restrictions, and eligibility — and all such decisions are final. By participating, you irrevocably, fully, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules and/or in any other Raffle and/or Raffle-related advertising or materials.
 

The winner will be issued an Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) tax form or other required documentation and/or reporting forms for the ARV of the prize awarded if required and the winner is solely and exclusively responsible for all state, federal or local income taxes that may result from his or her acceptance of prize. The Foundation is required by law to withhold and remit taxes to the IRS on winner’s behalf a percentage of prize awarded (such percentage as determined by the IRS at its discretion) (the “Withholding Amount”) if the value of such prize exceeds $5,000 and the winner is a citizen or resident alien of the United States with a Social Security number (different rules as promulgated by the IRS apply for nonresident aliens and for resident aliens and citizens of the United States who do not have a Social Security number) or as otherwise required by law.
 

Each Raffle Ticket is valid only for the Drawing corresponding to the Drawing Game and Entry Period during which such Raffle Ticket was obtained. Non-winning Raffle Tickets are void and will not carry over to any subsequent Raffles or Drawings. Raffle Ticket donations are not tax deductible, and no refunds will be made, except as otherwise determined by the Foundation in its sole discretion. 

The Raffle raises funds to support helping children in Central Florida realize their full potential, especially those most at risk, by supporting programs and partnerships that empower families and change lives.

 

ELIGIBILITY

  1. To be eligible, you must be physically located within the state of Florida at the time of ticket purchase and be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
  2. Employees, associates, officers, directors, volunteers and agents of the Foundation, BUMP, a division of Canadian Bank Note Company, Limited (CBN) (“BUMP”), Orlando Magic, Ltd., Kia Center, Orlando Events Center Enterprises, LLC, the NBA and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., any other entity directly involved in the development or administration of the Raffle and each of their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, the members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, parents, siblings and children) and households are not eligible to enter or win. The term "household" includes all persons residing together (part-time or full-time) in a single residence, whether or not related. Proof of eligibility may be required.
  3. Raffle is not open to groups, clubs, or organizations and is only available for individual entities. Groups, clubs, and organizations are prohibited from reproducing or distributing Raffle materials to their members without the Foundation’s prior expressed consent.
     

ENTRY PERIOD
 

The Raffle entry period will begin at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on July 1, 2026 and will end at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on August 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

The Foundation’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Raffle.

This Raffle is conducted virtually and is not tied to any specific Orlando Magic game or in-arena event.
 

HOW TO ENTER
 

Raffle Tickets will be available throughout the Entry Period as outlined below.

To obtain Raffle Tickets:

1. Purchase a Raffle Ticket in one of the ways listed below:

  • Online Raffle Purchase: You may purchase Raffle Tickets at any time during a Raffle Period by visiting https://Magic5050.com (the “Raffle Page”) and following the instructions to complete an official raffle form with all required information, which may include your name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, age or date of birth (the “Required Information”) and the number of Raffle Tickets you wish to purchase and completing the transaction. DATA RATES MAY APPLY TO USE OF MOBILE PHONE/DEVICE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RAFFLE. WIRELESS SERVICE MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ALL AREAS. EACH WIRELESS CARRIER’S DATA RATE PLAN MAY VARY, AND YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR WIRELESS CARRIER FOR INFORMATION ON DATA RATE PLANS AND CHARGES RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS RAFFLE.
  • Orlando Magic App: You may purchase Raffle Tickets at any time during a Raffle Period by clicking on the 50/50 Raffle link on the app. You will be directed to www.magic5050.com to purchase your tickets.
     

Multiple raffle entries will be consolidated into a single receipt, with each receipt representing one (1) Raffle Ticket that bears a unique identification number (a “Raffle Ticket Number”). Each number will be entered into the system a designated number of times and numbers will be used to determine the winner. The suggested minimum contribution (“Suggested Minimum Contribution”) for Raffle Tickets will be displayed or posted at the point of sale.
 

2. Free Method of Entry

NO CONTRIBUTION OR PURCHASE NECESSARY. You may request and obtain a Raffle Ticket without making a purchase or contribution during a Raffle Period by completing and submitting an official raffle form available at magic5050.com/free-tickets/select-tickets. A request for and receipt of a Raffle Ticket constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, including all entry requirements.

Regardless of method, Raffle Tickets will only be distributed as described above and only available during a Raffle Period. These are the only methods of entry. Raffle Tickets will not be distributed or available via U.S. mail, e-mail, or any other method.

All Raffle Tickets must be obtained (and/or entries completed) no later than then 12:00 PM Eastern Time on August 31, 2026. Non-winning Raffle Tickets are not valid for subsequent Raffles, if any. No refunds will be made, except as otherwise determined by Foundation in its sole discretion. Raffle Ticket donations are not tax deductible. Making a contribution or donation will not improve your chances of winning.

Participants who fail to provide any Required Information may be disqualified without further notification by the Foundation. The Foundation is not responsible for Raffle Tickets that are lost, misdirected, garbled, distorted, truncated, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, altered, tampered with, counterfeit, unauthenticated, or late for any reason, and all such Raffle Tickets are void. The Foundation reserves the right in its sole discretion at any time to disqualify any Raffle Ticket that, or participant who, does not comply with these Official Rules in its sole discretion.

Personally identifiable information that is submitted by participants as part of the Raffle will be used to administer the Raffle, select and announce the Winning Raffle Ticket(s), fulfill the prize, and as otherwise permitted by the privacy policy, available at https://www.nba.com/privacy-policy which may be updated from time to time. By entering the Raffle, participants hereby agree to Foundation’s and the Orlando Magic’s collection and usage of their personal information in accordance with the privacy policy, and they hereby acknowledge that they have read and accepted the privacy policy.
 

PRIZE & ODDS
 

Prize (1): Fifty dollars ($50.00) or fifty percent (50%) of the Net Raffle Proceeds (defined below), whichever is greater. (The actual amount received by winner will be reduced by the Withholding Amount (defined above), if any. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50 min.
 

“Net Raffle Proceeds” shall mean the total Raffle proceeds collected through Raffle Ticket donations during a Raffle Period less fifteen percent (15%) to cover royalties, staffing, and other equipment-related costs.
 

The odds of winning depend on the number of Raffle entries distributed.
 

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
 

Winner assumes sole responsibility for all expenses and incidental costs associated with the prize not explicitly outlined above, including without limitation, all federal, state, and local taxes (if any), surcharges, and fees. Any person who wins prizes through any Foundation-sponsored promotions with cumulative value equal to or greater than $600 in a calendar year will receive an IRS MISC 1099 form or other required tax form.
 

The right to receive the prize is not transferrable. Any portion of the prize not accepted by winner is forfeited and no substitute will be offered or permitted. Prize may not be substituted except that the Foundation in its discretion may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, with a prize or portion of equal or greater value if it deems necessary. Any such changes will be announced.
 

Prize offered is provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee either express or implied by the Foundation. The Foundation has neither made nor is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to prize. Other restrictions apply.
 

WINNING TICKET SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT
 

The Foundation or its designee will conduct a random drawing at 12:30 PM Eastern Time on August 31, 2026 (the “Drawing”) and will select one (1) winning Raffle Ticket Number (“Winning Ticket Number”) from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. 

The Winning Ticket Number will be posted on www.magic5050.com within twenty-four (24) hours following the Drawing.
 

WINNER REQUIREMENTS
 

In order to claim the prize, the potential winner must email omyf@orlandomagic.com stating they have the Winning Raffle Ticket no later than fourteen (14) calendar days following the Announcement (the “Claims Period”). 
 

Original Ticket Presentation: The potential winner must present the original Winning Raffle Ticket to the Foundation (the “Original Ticket Presentation”). Following submission of the contact us form during the Claims Period, the potential winner will receive a response from the Foundation representative with further instructions on how to present the original Winning Raffle Ticket for verification and present and/or execute all required Verification Paperwork (all as described below). The original Winning Raffle Ticket is the only valid receipt for claiming prize.
 

Upon presentation of the Winning Raffle Ticket, the Foundation will verify that such Raffle Ticket bears the Winning Ticket Number and is the authentic Winning Raffle Ticket (with the date upon which the Winning Raffle Ticket is presented to the Foundation being hereinafter referred to as the "Delivery Date"). Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost or stolen Raffle Tickets or Raffle Tickets redeemed in error by their agents.
 

Verification Paperwork: The Foundation, at its discretion, may require the potential winner to provide his/her mailing address (“Mailing Address”), telephone number, and other contact information, an executed (and if required, notarized) Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, a completed W-9 tax form (or such other tax form as may be required), and a valid government-issued photo identification (collectively, the “Verification Paperwork”) within seven (7) days of the Delivery Date as a condition of receiving the prize.
 

Any transportation or other expenses needed to satisfy the Original Ticket Presentation and Verification Paperwork requirements shall be the winner's sole responsibility and will not be furnished or paid for by the Foundation.
 

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION
 

Within thirty (30) days of the winner’s compliance with all Original Ticket Presentation and Verification Paperwork requirements and procedures above, the Foundation shall either, in its discretion, (i) mail a check in payment of the prize, less the Withholding Amount, if any, to the winner at the Mailing Address, or (ii) in Foundation’s sole discretion and for security purposes, send the prize, less the Withholding Amount, if any, to the winner via wire transfer to a confirmed bank account provided by the winner.
 

DISQUALIFICATION/PRIZE FORFEITURE
 

If the potential winner (a) fails to notify the Foundation within the Claims Period, (b) fails to fully comply with any Original Ticket Presentation and Verification Paperwork requirements, deadlines and/or procedures, (c) fails otherwise to satisfy any eligibility or verification requirement herein, (d) declines to accept the prize, or (e) is otherwise determined to be ineligible, the Foundation in its discretion may disqualify that individual and he/she will forfeit the prize, which will then revert to the Foundation.
 

The Foundation will not be required to attempt to notify or locate the holder of Winning Raffle Ticket in any manner other than the Announcement method(s) above. Released Parties will not be responsible for the failure of any person to review the Raffle Page or contact the Foundation for the Winning Ticket Number or for otherwise being unaware that he or she may possess the Winning Raffle Ticket, or for otherwise failing to fully and timely comply with all Claims Period, Original Ticket Presentation, and Verification Paperwork requirements and procedures above. Any purported Winning Raffle Ticket presented to the Foundation outside the Claims Period or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules shall be null and void.
 

The Foundation may, in its sole discretion, post the verified winner’s name on the Raffle Page and/or any of the Orlando Magic and/or Foundation’s websites, including and www.magic5050.com, and on or in any of the Orlando Magic and/or Foundation’s social media pages or channels.
 

PUBLICITY RELEASE
 

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to award the Released Parties the right to publicize his or her name, photographs (including the use and appearance of his or her photograph on the Foundation and Orlando Magic’s websites), likeness, biographical information, e-mail address, voice, and details of winning for purposes of this and future promotions without further compensation, except where prohibited.
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
 

The term “Released Parties” shall mean the Foundation; Orlando Magic; BUMP; Kia Center; any other company involved in the development or administration of the Raffle; the NBA, and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parent organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, advertising and promotion agencies, and agents. Each entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties from any and all liability, loss or damage or cause of action arising from or in connection with such entrant’s participation in or winner’s receipt or use of the prize awarded in a Raffle. In addition, by participating in the Raffle, you agree to release and hold Released Parties harmless from all alleged, existing, or future actions, claims, and/or liabilities of whatever nature including, but not limited to, personal injury, bodily injury (including, without limitation, wrongful death and disability), property damage, and expense (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) and loss or damage of any other kind, relating to or arising from, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, (a) your participation, or inability to participate, in the Raffle, or any Raffle-related or prize-related activity; (b) the use by Released Parties (including modification, adaptation, and reproduction) of entry materials during or after the Raffle; (c) the delivery, acceptance, possession, redemption, use, misuse, loss, or misdirection of the prize; and (d) any other claim or cause of action you may have against any Released Party. The Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant from this Raffle or any other Raffle or promotion conducted now or in the future by the Released Parties if he or she tampers with the entry process or his or her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Raffles.
 

By participating in a Raffle, you agree that the Released Parties: (a) are not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to lost, disconnected, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail, or for any failed telephone or computer hardware or software, or for any failed, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or garbled transmissions or errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic, or for Raffle Tickets that for any reason are not properly distributed or presented by any deadline stated above; (b) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or other participants, printing, typographical or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Raffle, the printing of this offer or any Raffle Tickets, the administration of the Raffle, the selection or announcement of the Winning Ticket Number, winner or prize; (c) are not responsible for any injury or damage to any computer, modem or other electrical device as a result of participation in the Raffle or downloading of any software or materials; (d) are not responsible for unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Raffle; (e) are not responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of any entry materials; (f) are not responsible for the inability to select the Winning Ticket Number or winner because of equipment failure or data storage failure; (g) are not responsible for any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error that may occur in the administration of the Raffle, the distribution of Raffle Tickets, selection of Winning Ticket Number, verification of the Winning Raffle Ticket or winner, the prize or otherwise in any Raffle Tickets, receipts, or other Raffle-related and/or Raffle-related materials; (h) are not responsible for any interruptions/ postponement/ cancellation of the Raffle; (i) are not responsible for cancellations and/or delays (including delays of prize fulfilment) or any change by any company or any other persons providing any of components of a prize due to reasons beyond the control of any of the Released Parties; and (j) are not responsible for any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of any one or more of the Released Parties.
 

RELEASED PARTIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES MADE OR OFFERED BY ADVERTISERS, PARTNERS, MANUFACTURERS OR SUPPLIERS, INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO PRIZE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL RELEASED PARTIES BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR YOUR USE OF THE INFORMATION AND/OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED AND/OR MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE RAFFLE OR FOR ERRORS OR ANOMALIES RESULTING IN THE UNINTENDED OR ERRONEOUS PARTICIPATION, AWARD OF THE PRIZE OR OTHER BENEFITS UNDER THESE OFFICIAL RULES. RELEASED PARTIES OFFER NO ASSURANCES, GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES THAT THE RAFFLE PAGE OR RELATED WEBSITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE RAFFLE.
 

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE, YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT (A) ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE RAFFLE OR THE PRIZE, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE RAFFLE, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS' FEES; AND (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, BY PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE AND/OR ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, YOU RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE AND HOLD HARMLESS RELEASED PARTIES FROM ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LOSSES AND LIABILITIES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHICH YOU MAY NOW OR HEREAFTER ASSERT.
 

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON THE ABILITY TO PURSUE CLASS ACTION REMEDIES, OR ON CERTAIN KINDS OF DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
 

MISCELLANEOUS
 

The Foundation reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate the Raffle, or other part thereof, if the Foundation determines, in its sole discretion, that the security, administration, fairness and/or operation of the Raffle has been corrupted or impaired by any non-authorized intervention, network failure, information storage failure, telecommunications failure, malfunction, or other cause beyond Foundation’s control. In such an event, the Foundation will post notice at the Raffle Page and select the Winning Ticket Number at random from all non-suspect Raffle Tickets distributed prior to the suspension, cancellation, or termination of the Raffle or in such other manner as the Foundation, in its sole discretion, deems fair and appropriate under the circumstances.
 

The Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any individual from further participation in the Raffle if the Foundation concludes, in its sole discretion, that such person (a) has attempted to tamper with any Raffle Tickets or the operation of the Raffle, (b) has repeatedly disregarded or has attempted to circumvent these Official Rules, or (c) has acted towards the Foundation or any other participant or person in an unfair, inequitable, deliberately annoying, threatening, disrupting or harassing manner. Tampering includes attempting to obtain Raffle Tickets except as permitted herein, including by using any prohibited device or method. Any failure by the Foundation to enforce any of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such Official Rules.
 

ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DEFRAUD, TAMPER WITH, OR DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE, THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE RAFFLE MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND THE FOUNDATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY AVAILABLE DAMAGES OR REMEDIES AGAINST SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND/OR REFER SUCH MATTERS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR PROSECUTION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
 

All activity arising out of and relating to the Raffle, including any reference to the status of any person as a "winner" is subject to verification and/or auditing for compliance with the Official Rules. If the Foundation determines, in its sole discretion, that verification or auditing activity evidences non-compliance of a Raffle Ticket and/or participant with the Official Rules, the Foundation reserves the right to disqualify such Raffle Ticket and/or participant from the Raffle and prize at any time.
 

The Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Raffle, to correct typographical, printing or clerical errors in any Raffle-related materials, or discontinue any Raffle at any time without notice. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, the Foundation reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing from among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
 

DISPUTES
 

(a) Informal Dispute Resolution. Prior to filing any arbitration proceeding pursuant to Arbitration paragraph below, the party intending to file such a proceeding shall notify the other party in writing of the existence and the nature of the dispute. The parties each agree that within ten (10) business days of the other party's receipt of such notice, a representative of each party shall meet in-person for a minimum of one (1) eight (8) hour day, or such shorter period of time if the dispute is more quickly resolved, in Orlando, Florida in order to attempt to amicably resolve the dispute. If such informal dispute resolution attempts prove to be unsuccessful, the notifying party may initiate the dispute resolution procedures available as set forth herein. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with the meeting and in no event shall either party be liable to the other for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of such meeting.
 

(b) Arbitration. Except as provided in Injunctive Relief paragraph below with respect to injunctive proceedings, and the Informal Dispute Resolution paragraph above with respect to informal dispute resolution, all controversies, disputes or claims arising between the parties arising out of or related to the Raffle shall be submitted promptly for arbitration to be conducted in Orlando, Florida, and administered by the American Arbitration Association. Such arbitration proceedings shall be resolved by a single arbitrator selected by mutual agreement of the parties. If theparties are unable to agree on the appointment of the arbitrator to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days from the date when the request for arbitration initially has been communicated to the other party, such appointment shall be made by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator shall have the right to award or include in the award any relief deemed proper under the circumstances, including attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by the prevailing party. The award and decision of the arbitrators shall be conclusive and binding upon all parties hereto and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties waive any right to contest the validity or enforceability of such award.
 

(c) Injunctive Relief. The parties acknowledge that violation of these Official Rules would cause irreparable harm that would not be adequately compensable by monetary damages. In addition to other relief, it is agreed that preliminary and permanent injunctive relief will be available to prevent any actual or threatened violation of such provisions.
 

GENERAL
 

This Raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
 

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participants or Released Parties in connection with the Raffle, shall be governed by Florida law, without giving effect to any choice of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida. By participating in the Raffle, you expressly (a) agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating in any way to the Raffle, or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the federal or state courts located in Orange County, Florida, and (b) consent to the mandatory and exclusive jurisdiction in such courts with respect to any such legal proceedings.
 

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between any terms or conditions of these Official Rules and any disclosures or other statements contained in any other Raffle-related materials, including but not limited to the Raffle Tickets, forms or receipts, or point of sale, television, print, mobile or online advertising, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

THE NBA ENTITIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE RAFFLE OR THE PRIZE. THE NBA ENTITIES HAVE NOT OFFERED OR SPONSORED THE RAFFLE IN ANY WAY.
 

Any third-party trademarks mentioned herein are the property of their respective trademark owners and the use or mention of any such third-party trademarks in these Official Rules or in the Raffle is solely for descriptive purposes and shall in no way imply an endorsement or sponsorship of the Raffle.
